General Warranty Terms

- Most electronics come with a manufacturer or in-house 2-year warranty.
- Warranty starts upon delivery and requires fault reporting within 2 months of discovery.
- Within 6 months: buyer must prove the fault exists. After 6 months: buyer must prove it existed from the outset.
- All warranty claims handled by NextDayCamera.

What's Not Covered

- Accidental/deliberate damage, misuse, or neglect.
- Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, rust, stains, dents).
- Damage from power surges, water, fire, or theft.
- Repairs not authorized by the manufacturer.
- Consumables like batteries, bulbs, fuses, memory cards.
- Wearable parts such as SD slots, ports, and battery covers.
- Unauthorized service or modifications.
- Dust or pixel-related issues after 14 days.
- Drone loss or damage due to crash or theft.
- Third-party lens focusing issues requiring calibration.

Eligibility

- Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
